Positive Effects of Sleeping Naked

If You Sleep Naked Tonight, Here’s The Surprising Effects It’ll Have On Your Body

Sleep not only is important for your overall physical health but also very important for your mental health. The human body needs enough sleep in order to be prepared for the daily activities. Sleeping is as important as eating because if you don’t get enough sleep you may experience serious health problems.  Or if you’re like me you get CrAnKy too!!

A study showed that every third person is sleeping naked, they are intimate with a partner and that promotes a sense of happiness, but in same time lowers the blood pressure, strengthens the immune system and reduces feelings of anxiety. It also reduces divorce rates.  LOL

Sleeping without clothes will give you an amazing feeling of absolute freedom, much like skinny dipping!   There is nothing that scratches or wraps around your body while you are sleeping during the night. In fact, this is great recipe for increasing the sexual desire between partners as when people are naked, they simply feel sexier. It is incredibly sexy to touch your partner, skin to skin.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SLEEPING NAKED?

It’s better to sleep without pajamas since you will save money as there is no need to buy, wash or iron. In case you are cold at night, you always can cover yourself with an extra blanket.  I prefer cozying up to my husband!

Comfort

Sleeping naked is more comfortable and easier, your body stays more relaxed and you get peaceful sound sleep.  Once you get used to sleeping naked, it is likely that you will never go back to the old habit of sleeping in pajamas.

Better Sleep with Oxytocin

If you and your partner both sleep in the nude, you can be reaping the benefits of this feel-good hormone. Skin to skin touching (with intimacy, an essential oil massage, intercourse, or cuddling) is all that is required. … And orgasms are nature’s best sleep aid. More cuddling and a more active sexual life results in the release of Oxytocin.  Oxytocin plays significant role in intimacy, sexual reproduction and social bonding of both the partners.

Improves Skin Quality

Sleeping naked will improve your skin quality as your skin can breathe completely free. What is even more important, over time your genitals get aired and this ultimately leads to better sexual health. In addition to this, letting your private parts, armpits and feet to breathe, will lower the risk of skin diseases, such as athlete’s foot, which commonly is caused by wet and covered skin.

Helps Regulate Cortisol

By sleeping naked, your body temperature will be at the optimal ranges and thus your body can better create cortisol. When you sleep overheated the cortisol levels tend to stay high even after you wake up, which may lead to increased anxiety, cravings for bad food or weight gain. Sleeping naked can properly produce and regulate the cortisol levels.

Balances Melatonin and Growth Hormone

Sleeping naked will help your body to regulate the melatonin and growth hormone levels. There are many studies which have proved that these hormones slow down aging and are crucial for good health.  Clothes off my friends!!
